First, I've been a member of this PTR, along with a few others, for months now...and as an advertising medium, they work fine.
...just wanted to get the positive out of the way first...
Problem #1: They DO NOT payout. Period.
Among your payout options (once you spend weeks, or even months getting to that point) are "Send a solo mailing to all members", "Banner clicks", "paid signups", and the obvious...Cashout.
Cashout are Not Paid, ever.
This is also true of the equally popular, 500cents-500dollars PTR program...Both use the elusively vague FAQ answer," Cashout will be paid in 30-90 days, or a reasonable time thereafter"...Which of course begs the question," Who decides what is reasonable?"
My first cashout request was in November of 2004, and 8 Months Later, I've yet to receive either a penny or a single response to any of my 14 emails.
...Doesn't fit my definition of "reasonable"...How about yours?
Problem #2: Huge-mails.com is supporting and promoting at least one customer who has been proven beyond a doubt to be delivering Malware programs by deception to this PTR's members...and they continue to push his links to their membership.
*Should you be a member, Delete Immediately any emails with the links pointing to an advertisier that marks his paid links with a simple title, "Forex and Forex".
His site is delivering malicious software bundles to each visitor through the use of a hidden script!
We discussed malware before on these boards, and they include Spyware, Keyloggers, and Adware.
Forcing these programs into your system is immoral, and according to the FTC's latest rulings, Illegal.
My system has been infected twice* by this advertiser, and both times I contacted Huge-mails with the link that forced the download...and not only did they not respond, but they have continued to send his links to their unsuspecting membership.
*The second time, I was ready with a scanner and caught the page "red-handed" attempting to download and install the bug-bundle.
Apparently, an advertiser who pays the bills on time carries far more weight with the PTR's management than their members ever could.
THEY DO NOT PAY on cashouts...and they are INTENTIONALLY Infecting their Membership with malicious software.
Based on these un-forgivable practices, we have declared Huge-Mails.com's PTR program a SCAM.
...and to you, the management and owners of this PTR: You don't have to like it...but you do have to deal with it.
