Initial tests for M&D DVD Video showed a miserable failure...
Test 1: Owner contact by email.
M&D only offer 1 contact, a Yahoo email address, and after 4 attempts over nearly 2 weeks, no answers came.
This site has too many features in common with how scams are run: >One free email link to an inbox that (apparently) noone opens or reads. >An over-simplified webpage, on a free server, with no item descriptions...just "order" links. >No offline/snailmail addresses in case of shipping problems. >No mention of shipping at all...
...and most importantly: Ducking the opportunity to have their business classified "Proven Safe for shoppers" by an investigative unit.
Honest businesses will Jump at the chance to prove themselves...and scammers hope that by ignoring us, we'll just go away.
No further testing is warranted.
Most of M&D's shortcomings could be chalked-up to newbie mistakes...but not ignoring email, especially when it is the Only email address offered on your business website.
BTW: M&D uses CCnow for their creditcard processing, and orders thru CCnow are sent to the seller via Email ...Hence the importance of Daily email monitoring.
Thanx for your time, JB.
